Visit the Community Flea Market on the corner of Laurel and Eastern every Sunday from May through October! The market runs from 8:00am to 2:00pm and coincides with the vibrant farmers market across the street. Explore pop-up shops of boutique clothing, homemade jewelry, exotic spices, discounted housewares, and even bicycles. Every vendor sponsors the annual Community Fun Day on August 23, so come to shop and support. Are you interested in becoming a vendor? Arrive before 8:00am Sunday morning with your wares and $30 to reserve your place on the lawn. We’ll sign you up when you arrive. We are also looking for reliable, community-oriented volunteers to help operate the market. Visit any Sunday and introduce yourself if you’re interested in practicing your small business skills while meeting your neighbors.
