Pacific Flow Yoga presents: Pottery and Pilates

Start your morning with movement, then settle into creativity. On Sunday, October 4th, at 9:30 am, grab coffee, mingle, set up your space. At 9:45am we'll begin our 50-minute mat Pilates class full of good music, core work, and incredible vibes. We'll have the Hot Spot to ourselves as we'll be starting before their opening hours! After class, we’ll transition into a relaxed, hands-on pottery painting session from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm, where you’ll get to paint your own piece from Hot Spot Monterey. This experience is all about balance—the strength, the slow down, and the chance to create. $65 (price increase on Sept 4) includes your Pilates class + your pottery piece to paint.
