Happy Girl Kitchen presents: “Nourishing Soups with Suzanne” Workshop
About
Soup is a daily staple and popular item on the Happy Girl menu. On from 5:30 – 8:30 pm, Suzanne will share tips on how to make a vegetable stock, and she will streamline the soup making process. In this one evening workshop, you will be involved in making three different soups and are invited to take a quart of each home with you to enjoy during the upcoming days. While we work together in the kitchen, we will share various cooking and prepping techniques that will be handy for you to use at home. As always, we will be using the freshest, local, seasonal ingredients available to create a simple, nourishing and delicious meal made from scratch that we will share at the end of the workshop. All participants will receive a packet of recipes from the evening. Please indicate any dietary restrictions when you sign up and we will accommodate when possible.
