How to thrive at the Fall Career Fair

This session will help you maximize your time when connecting with employers, finding job opportunities in your industry, and utilizing fair resources such as the list of participating companies and floor plans. You'll learn how to implement key strategies when interacting with recruiters and there will be dedicated time for optimizing your "Elevator Pitch" introduction. After this session, you'll feel more prepared to navigate the fair and make a lasting impression on employers. The presentation with Q&A time is from 5-6pm and there is optional time from 6-6:30pm to further develop and practice your pitch with a CAPD career advisor. Pre-registration is requested. This CAPD event is open to MIT undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, and alumni.
