Giving Voice to Values in your DLCI: A Staff Peer Supervision Group

Last year, a group of staff colleagues worked with Dr. Mary Gentile’s Giving Voice to Values ® curriculum -- chosen as the text for 2026's DSL Reads. This year, we will continue to support each other in implementing GVV formally or informally in our DLCIs, but we will also leave space for peer supervision in general, whether it touches on GVV frameworks or not. Do you feel the freedom to offer – or, if you are in leadership, to receive – genuine values-based feedback about how well your DLCI is living up to its stated mission? Are you experiencing tensions in your attempts to live out your values in your work, or are you interested in supporting colleagues who are? Whether you're new to this group or attended last year, you are welcome. Facilitated by Nicholas Collura, ORSEL chaplain (ncollura@mit.edu). This group will also meet on Monday, November 16, 2026 - 12:00—1:15pm.
