In collaboration with JMM Dance Co., Gilroy Library is hosting monthly Inclusive Sensory Movement and Regulation workshops every third Sunday for the rest of 2026. These workshops will introduce families to sensory regulation through gentle, structured movement activities grounded in rhythm, body awareness, and emotional safety. Led by trained JMM Dance Co. facilitators, children are invited to participate at their own comfort level—moving, observing, or resting as needed. Activities are designed to support self-regulation, confidence, and connection without pressure to perform, making the experience accessible for children with autism and other sensory processing differences.
