OFFSITE - Studio Art Watercolor Workshop for Adults 60+

**OFFSITE - This event will take place in Room 230 & 232 (Arts and Crafts Rooms) at the Community Center, 39 Marrett Rd, Lexington. **This program was rescheduled from October 6th. Join us for a monthly workshop where we will explore watercolor basics. These workshops are intended for adults 60+. All materials for the class will be provided. Students will work on a different painting each month. Registration is required. Due to the popularity of our craft programs we are initiating a new registration process. Registration opens for Lexington residents on September 15th. General public registrations will be approved to fill any remaining spaces after September 29th. After registering, you will receive a "Pending Confirmation" email. Once approved by the Programming Team, you will receive a secondary "Registration Confirmed" email. Any questions? Contact caryprograms@minlib.net. The workshops will be taught by artist Nan Rumpf, who graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.A. She currently lives in Wellesley Massachusetts. She has studied watercolor painting with Susan Swinand, Jane Goldman, Paul George, Charles Reid, and Cheng Khee Chee. Her paintings have been exhibited at many local galleries including, The DeCordova Museum School Gallery, The Danforth Museum, The New England Watercolor Society Show in Cotuit (Woodruff Art Center Award) and her painting Soaring was awarded by George Nick in Concord Art’s Juried Members show.
