Have you ever wanted to try painting a starry night like Van Gogh? Or create art covered in colorful dots like Yayoi Kusama? In Elementary Art Lab, join us to learn about a famous artist past or present and explore their art through our own creative adventures! If your child becomes unable to attend this program, please notify the library as soon as possible. Repeated 'no-shows' without notification may prohibit your child from registering for future programs. In order to successfully participate in this program, a participant should have: the ability to attend programs independently the ability to follow multi-step instructions the fine motor skills for tasks like using scissors and handling brushes and writing utensils a desire to explore different art mediums and learn about new artists a comfort with getting messy
