Creative Reuse with LEAF: Woven Friendship Bracelets
Sessions
About
Come reuse and recycle with LEAF ! In this class we’ll learn a simple weaving technique we can use to make anything! We’ll start by making a small friendship bracelet, and then we’ll make a big bookmark you can use with all your library books. All supplies will be provided, but you may also bring your own yarn, ribbons, and other supplies for your project. Donations of crayons, printer paper, card stock, and other craft supplies for future classes are also welcome. This workshop is designed for ages 6 and up . Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited. Tickets will be available at the front desk 15 minutes before the start of the program. Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org .
