We invite you to join us for our free monthly in-person Support Groups! During this hour and a half, we’ll give ongoing instruction and guidance for those who have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes. We welcome you to share and learn ways to manage eating, exercise, labs, and blood sugar.
