Teen Crafternoon: Characters, Creatures, and Creeps in Clay
About
This hands-on program explores what elements make for wonderfully weird and memorable characters, and then guides patrons to create an original character of their own imagining from allergen-free and non-toxic polymer clay. Participants will also learn the essential principles of stop-motion film making that brings such characters to life. No artistic experience required. Just bring your imagination… and perhaps a tolerance for things that go bump in the night. Take home the hero of your dreams or the monster of your nightmares! Recommended for teens grades 6-12.
