World Studio Craft Series: Dinanderie Lantern Piercing

Capture the ambiance of Morocco's kinetic souks (open air marketplace selling aromatic spices and incense, vibrant clothing and carpets, luxurious metal worked items) by creating a Moroccan inspired lantern to take home. Expand your cultural literacy through Moraga library’s World Exploration Craft Series. Learn the culture and make a craft; each session, participants will learn about a different culture through a short presentation followed by a related craft, giving participants a hands-on learning experience. This program is designed for Adults and Teens 14 years of age or older. All supplies will be provided. Registration is required and will open one week prior to event.
