NEW CLASS! Yoga with Me Ages 4-6 Yoga with Me is a joyful and creative flow designed to meet young children exactly where they are. Through games, songs, and props, students and their adults explore yoga poses and movements in a way that feels like play, building essential life skills like breathing, focus, calm, and self-regulation. Students learn to connect with their bodies, their breath, and their classmates through four main themes: animals and nature, listening, strength and grounding, and teamwork. This class is especially well-suited to students who benefit from intentional transitions and calming routines. Saturdays, 9-9:50 am November 7- December 12 No Class November 28 $180 During the checkout process, you will be given an option to purchase ticket insurance called XCover, which is offered by the AudienceView ticketing platform we use for registration, NOT by MCA. Please do not purchase this insurance for Education programming. If you need to withdraw from an MCA class, email registration@mosesianarts.org. Withdrawals requested at least 5 business days before the first class meeting will be refunded minus a $35 admin fee. Late withdrawals due to illness or other emergency circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
