These classes continue from the first part of Tai Chi (TaiJi) 24 forms (the first 12 were offered earlier in the year) and focus on the movements 13 to 24. Participants can further improve their balance and reduce the risk of falls. Parts of classes: Every class begins with the warm-up exercise including balance strengthening The First class will go over the high-level concept of Yang Style Taiji (or Tai Chi) 24 forms principles and learn shift weight properly to increase balance and stability. From the 2nd class and forward, one or two movements of the movement 13 t0 24 of the Taiji 24 forms will be introduced. Every class ends with one of the eight movements of 8 Brocades. Prior experience of Tai Chi will be helpful but not mandatory. This event has 8 sessions. Registration is required for each session. Adults, Older Adults.
