The Property Transfer Clinic is a free, one-on-one phone appointment with an attorney about real estate property in Alameda County. This program is intended for people who cannot otherwise afford to obtain legal advice. Please be mindful of this when requesting an appointment. Phone Appointment This service is by phone only. It is not a video meeting or in-person visit. The attorney will call you at your appointment time. The call may come from a blocked number. When to Register Appointments are on the third Friday of each month. Registration opens one month before each clinic. If no times are available, check again after the third Friday of the month.
