In Rege's Soccer academy players are taught age appropriate skills for them to develop proper soccer fundamentals in a fun and encouraging environment. We have a tailored curriculum that builds on each age's key/technical skills of dribbling, passing, shooting and control all delivered through fun drills, games and scrimmage time. Each class includes a 15 minute warm up, technical skill development with an emphasis each week and 15-20 minutes of scrimmage to apply what we have learned that week. Shin guards are required. Bring water and wear athletic clothing/shoes.
