Interested in gaining professional experience while spending your summer abroad? Join the SMCCCD Study Abroad team to learn about Summer 2027 Global Internship opportunities in Barcelona, Dublin, Milan, and Paris. Students gain international work experience through an internship placement while developing professional skills, intercultural competence, and a greater understanding of working in a global environment. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of career fields, with placements based on students' interests, experience, and host organization availability. Students participating in the Global Internship program enroll in WORK 670 through Skyline College, a CSU-transferable course that connects the international internship experience with academic and career development.
