Stroll the grounds and neighboring forest at a measured pace that allows you to notice the small miracles of nature unfolding. Inspired by the ancient Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, this walk invites you to slow down and engage your senses fully. NOTE: This in-person program will meet in front of the Visitor Center main entrance located at 1800 Glenallan Avenue, Wheaton, MD 20902.
