Need help paying your energy bill? Come to Eastmont Branch Library where a representative from Spectrum Community Services will be on-site once a month to collect applications and answer questions about the Low-Income Household Energy Assistance Program (LiHEAP). Call Eastmont or make an appointment in person usually 2nd Wednesday of the month 1-4pm (except for holidays). Drop in appointments not guaranteed. It is recommended to visit Eastmont to pick up a paper application before your appointment; also, you can use our scanner to make copies of documents.
