This class will focus on sketching and painting through various mediums, including pencils, watercolors, and more. There will be a sketching component every week, as well as ongoing personal projects.
This is an advanced class. In order to enroll, students must have 6 months of stained glass experience to register and may not be enrolled in another Leaded Glass class. Glass fusing allowed during this class. Firing will be done by the instructor in communal kiln. Class is self-directed, minimal instruction provided.
This class introduces hand building techniques including pinch, coil, and slab construction, and basic wheel throwing techniques of wedging, centering, throwing cups and bowls, and trimming.
