Flu and COVID Vaccine Clinic - October 26th 10 AM - 12PM The Flu and COVID Vaccine Clinic is scheduled for October 26 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the COA. We ask that you call the COA to sign up in advance. The clinic will offer the regular flu vaccine, as well as the High-Dose Flu vaccine for those age 65 and older. The COVID vaccine offered will be Moderna. You may receive both the flu and COVID vaccines. To help expedite the process, we encourage you to stop by the COA and complete the vaccine consent form and bring your insurance information before the day of the clinic. Please bring your insurance information on the day of the clinic as well. We ask that those whose last names begin with A-L arrive during the first hour of the clinic 10 AM to 11 AM. Those whose last names begin with M-Z should arrive during the last hour from 11 AM to 12 PM.
