In accordance with the Secretary of State Early Voting Regulations 950 CMR 47.12 and Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, the Town of Lexington will be opening, removing and/or depositing early voted ballots for the November 3, 2026 State PElection in the Cary Memorial Building, Robbins Room, 1605 Massachusetts Avenue at the following sessions: Robbins Room, Cary Memorial Building – Monday, October 26th – 9:00 AM Robbins Room, Cary Memorial Building – Tuesday, October 27th – 9:00 AM Robbins Room, Cary Memorial Building – Wednesday, October 28th – 9:00 AM Robbins Room, Cary Memorial Building – Thursday, October 29th – 9:00 AM Robbins Room, Cary Memorial Building – Friday, October 30th – 9:00 AM Robbins Room, Cary Memorial Building - Saturday, October 31st - 9:00 AM In accordance with Regulations 47.12 and Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2022, no results shall be determined or announced until after the time the polls close on November 3, 2026. At that time the results from the advance processed ballots will be added to the election day results and posted in a public place. This notice has also been posted in Town Hall and on the Town Website.
