For 11 days, Flower Piano will transform San Francisco Botanical Garden once again into the city’s own alfresco concert hall where everyone is invited to play and listen. — Sunset Piano, Gardens of Golden Gate Park, and San Francisco Recreation and Park Department present one of the most unique, creative, and interactive music festivals in the Bay Area. In the final days of summer— September 10-20, 2026— Flower Piano will fill San Francisco Botanical Garden with music for everybody. Flower Piano invites you to explore the Botanical Garden’s plant collections as you seek out 12 pianos spread across 55-acres. Enjoy scheduled professional and community partner performances at each piano—as well as open play for all—reflecting a range of genres, ages, and cultures. During Flower Piano 2026 , the Celebration Garden in the Botanical Garden transforms into the Zoox Lounge , an upgraded musical landscape that features priority festival entry , special performances from local headliners , acc ess to premium bars , food from local vendors , lounge seating , dedicated restrooms , and flexibility to relax and enjoy all areas of the festival as you please. The Lounge has limited capacity. The Zoox Lounge will host this year’s Special Opening Night
