The City of Bowie is hosting a remembrance ceremony commemorating the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 attacks and honoring the lives lost and sacrifices made.
Chair yoga is the perfect way to experience the benefits of yoga in a supportive and accessible way. Participants should bring water and wear loose clothing.
