LEONA CANYON REGIONAL OPEN SPACE RESERVE (CANYON OAKS STAGING): Visit the headwaters of Arroyo Viejo Creek and a secluded oak woodland just minutes from the freeway and the busy communities nearby. NOTE: All of these outings pass along trails with very steep and uneven sections, so good, grippy footwear is a must. Ages 7 and up. Bring hydration and snacks. No registration; drop-in.
