New Readers Book Group: A Walk in the Dark and Other Scary Stories (Ages 6-8)

Each month, we'll read a different book for kids (ages 6-8). Kids of any reading level are welcome to join, and caregivers are welcome to help out. Copies of the book will be available to pick up and read ahead of time, but reading the book beforehand is not required to participate. At each meeting, we'll get to know each other, read together, talk about the book, and do a fun activity. This month's book is A Walk in the Dark and Other Scary Stories written by Max Brallier and illustrated by Letizia Rubegni. Copies of the book will be available at South Boston Branch's circulation desk starting September 14 Accessibility Notice: We strive to make our events accessible.
