This class will run from September 9 - October 28, 2026 and is open to adults 18+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs). Participants should be comfortable in groups of up to 15 people, advocate for any self-care needs, follow directions, and demonstrate respectful, safe behavior at all times. Caregivers must register individual students for ALL eight sessions. You must provide emergency information. Class registration will close at 15 students. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
