Registration is required for each class. Fall 2026 Topics: – Sep. 9: Wetlands & Wildlife at Jug Bay (includes a pontoon boat tour) – Sep. 23: Monarch Butterflies, Migration, & Habitat – Oct. 7: Tree Leaves, Photosynthesis, & Respiration – Oct. 21: Autumn Science, Seasonal Change, & Winter Preparation – Nov. 4: Seeds, Seed Dispersal, & Plant Survival Program Highlights: – For homeschool students ages 11-15 – Hands-on nature and science activities – A different topic each session – Opportunities to make friends while learning outdoors Patuxent River Park – Jug Bay Natural Area is located in Upper Marlboro, MD.
