Create your own shield, or Chimalli, while learning about the Native American tribe of the Cheyenne and the Mexica indigenous people of Mexico. With traditional designs inspired by these cultures, participants will create their shields using cardboard and feathers, a template with designs or create their own patterns. This program is intended for children ages 6-11. Supplies are limited to the first 50 participants.

Walking Club meets at Jennings Pavilion in Holbrook Palmer Park, offering guided walks through scenic trails for all fitness levels, plus monthly special walks to nearby locations, ages 19+.
Ukulele jam group (Half Moon Bay Library) — Morning strumming and singing with provided music; participants bring ukuleles; beginners welcome. Ages 12 and up.
