Designed to help artists navigate the complexities of finding “new homes” for their work, this evening will address key issues important to both artists and gallery owners. Topics will include pricing strategies, the importance of presentation and framing, insights into how galleries select artwork, and practical tips—including common pitfalls—when working with gallery owners. The program will conclude with a Q&A session, offering attendees the opportunity to receive direct feedback from experienced gallery professionals. Gallery Twist is located in the center of Lexington, Massachusetts, in a historic home near the Battle Green. Its unique setting and distinctive approach to displaying art create a truly engaging experience. Each year, the gallery presents three to five exhibitions featuring an eclectic mix of New England artists working in a variety of styles and media. John and Gillian Ross opened Gallery Twist in 2015. Presented in partnership with the Wellesley Society of Artists.
