Bring your old photos, videos, film reels, and audio recordings back to life with RetroTech at the Central Park Library. Our RetroTech service provides equipment and guidance to help you digitize and preserve personal memories and family archives. During your appointment, a trained volunteer will assist you with using the equipment and answering questions throughout the digitization process. Formats We Can Help Digitize Printed photos 35 mm slides and negatives VHS tapes Camcorder tapes (Hi8/8mm and Mini DV tapes) 8 mm and Super 8 film reels Audio cassettes Vinyl records Before You Register Please register for only one appointment per week Duplicate appointments will be cancelled Appointments become available 14 days in advance RetroTech 1 and RetroTech 2 offer different equipment options, so please review the device list before booking Day of Your Appointment Please check in at the 2nd Floor Reference Desk at Central Park Library.
