About

A special presentation on Health and Wellness by Montgomery County Health and Human Services. Join Montgomery County’s Behavioral Health Navigators for a free community workshop designed to help parents and caregivers support their children through this seasonal transition. We’ll talk about recognizing signs of back-to-school anxiety, practical strategies for easing schedule and routine changes, how to open conversations with your child about their worries, and when — and how — to connect with additional behavioral health support if needed. Complimentary coffee generously provided by Kefa Cafe. This program has a maximum of 30 participants and registration is required. Questions about this program? Contact the branch at 240-773-9420.
