Confronting the Housing Crisis: Perspectives from Academia, Government, and Private Sector Panel

Massachusetts currently faces a growing and multifaceted housing crisis. Housing affordability challenges and homelessness stand at record-high levels, and millions of Americans reside in housing that is of poor quality or that is located in neighborhoods with conditions that impede human well-being and flourishing. The housing crisis is not a singular issue, but a tangled web of structural challenges. This panel discussion is intended to engage diverse perspectives from research/academia, the public, the non-profit sector, and the private sector on the nature of and solutions to the housing challenges facing the United States.
