Join us for free Zumba fitness classes instructed by Tiny Zumba on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 - 5 p.m. on the first floor of the Hyattsville City Building, 4310 Gallatin Street. Classes are open to all! Please note that indoor spacing is limited. Call (301) 985-5000 with questions.
The City of Hyattsville is offering a free CPR & AED training for older adults on September 21, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the City Building. This class is limited to adults 50+ who reside in Hyattsville. Registration required at hyattsville.org/seniors or by calling (301) 985-5000.
Hyattsville is Home Art Classes are for older adults in the community and take place on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. from Sept 15 to Nov 17 at Art Works Now. Community members are invited to meet with staff from the Department of Public Works to discuss possible traffic calming solutions for the area from Emerson to Baltimore Ave and 40th to 42nd Ave. This will be a walk and talk style meeting, starting at the corner of 41st Place and Emerson Streets.
