The sacred sounds of crystal bowls can help anyone align, feel more connected to self, feel calmer and more centered. Enjoy ValiAnna;s sound journey, combined with a poetry offering at each program. Bring a yoga mat, towel or cushion to sit or lie on. You may also use the library chairs.
