At the completion of this one day course from 9am-5pm, you will receive your certification from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI). This pediatric CPR and First Aid class will grant you certification from the Health & Safety Institute (HSI), which is an approved affiliate training program by the California EMS Authority (EMSA). This class is a one day class on SUNDAY from 9am to 5:00pm. You need to be there ALL DAY to receive certification. The class will be held at 445 Church Street, San Francisco, CA 94114. Children are NOT allowed and there will NOT be child care. In the event of a emergency participants are allowed to transfer into a different class date ONE time or request a refund with an advanced notice of 48 hours. HSI’s MEDIC First Aid PediatricPlus training program is approved statewide by the California EMS Authority (EMSA) and fulfills California training requirements for childcare providers (22 CA ADC § 100000.17).
