About
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at Martha Washington with this free interactive music workshop! Join Juan Cayrampoma from the local music group RAYMI and learn about the zampoña, a pan flute from the Andean region of South America, then how to assemble and play your very own. You don't need any musical ability, just an interest in music or South American culture! The instrument has a fascinating sound, and you can hear RAYMI performing with a zampoña at 3:00 in this video . Th is program is for teens and adults aged 16+, please register each person separately starting Friday, Sept 11.
