Community Connections is a recurring program at both the Main Library and North Quincy Library locations, where community members get to meet and mingle with local community leaders and organizations while learning about their missions and resources. Missed Community Connections at the Main Library? No worries! Join us again to meet Manet Community Health at the North Quincy Library on September 26! A Health Insurance Navigator from Manet Community Health will be present. We will also be decorating journals! Manet Community Health offers a full range of programs and services to help patients achieve optimal health, including primary care for all ages, integrated mental health and substance use treatment and recovery services, disease management, nutrition services, health insurance assistance, specialty referrals, connection to social services/community resources and more. Manet welcomes new patients to its four Quincy locations (Houghs Neck, Manet at Father Bill’s, North Quincy and Snug Harbor) as well as sites in Attleboro, Hull and Taunton.
