DESCRIPTION: One hour exercise classes for people over 55 held twice a week. These classes are designed to: Increase muscular strength and bone density Improve balance Enhance energy and wellbeing With the use of ankle and hand weights, participants engage in warm-up, cool-down and balance and postural exercises. REGISTRATION: When enrolling, you are signing up for ALL classes in this 3 months session starting SEPTEMBER 9 and ending NOVEMBER 18, 2026. This event is part of a THREE month session. Classes are held: MONDAYS at 10:30 am and WEDNESDAYS at 2:30 pm. Bone Builders has a strict attendance policy. Participants must consistently attend twice per week to maintain their place in the class. No shows/no calls to the first two classes will result in being dropped from the program. Missing more than 4 classes during the session (for any reason) will result in being dropped from the program. Hand weights are provided. Participants may bring their own hand and ankle weights. For adults 55 and older. Must be a resident of Montgomery County.
