As part of Somerville's Year of the Neighbor initiative, neighbors are invited to learn about responding to everyday emergencies with Somerville Emergency Management. Until Help Arrives is a FEMA-supported initiative designed to empower everyday people to take lifesaving action in the critical minutes before professional responders arrive. It teaches essential skills that can save lives during emergencies.
