The Page Turners is an evening book discussion group for adults that meets at the Castro Valley Library on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 pm. Facilitated by librarian Chris Selig, the discussions focus on compelling, well-reviewed fiction and nonfiction books written for adults. For October we will discuss Valet by J.P. Lacrampe. Synopsis Cy, a helper robot, and his thirty-five-year-old ward, Grayson, embark on a madcap adventure to save the fate of the family company in this whimsically speculative ode to Wodehouse’s Jeeves and Wooster . Valet As a special treat, we will be joined by the author! J.P. Lacrampe is a is a teaching professor at Santa Clara University, where he teaches courses in composition, fiction, and screenwriting.
