Come and meet Penny and Rosie—the Therapy Dogs! Pets & People Foundation volunteer Alison and her therapy dog Penny along with volunteer Laura and her therapy dog Rosie visit the library where children are encouraged to read to Penny and Rosie or to give them hugs and pets!
