The City of Hyattsville is offering a FREE CPR & NARCAN training for interested community members. Participants will learn to recognize and treat a cardiac emergency, give rescue breaths, and perform CPR. Participants will also be trained on how to recognize the signs of an overdose and how to safely administer NARCAN (naloxone), a medication that can reverse the effects of opioids. Space is limited, and registration is required.
