The Seven Steps Forward: Inspiring Civic Change!
About
Celebrate Change with The Civic Circle! Help empower youth voices and civic transformation with The Civic Circle at “The Seven Steps Forward” on Thursday, November 5 from 6-8 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Building. We’ll have live music, refreshments, collective poetry and civic arts activities that explore the seven “steps to democracy” at the heart of our program. We'll also honor our outgoing founder, Eliza Newlin Carney, with our Art of Service award and welcome our new Executive Director, Katherine Wise. Don’t miss this chance to empower civic learning through the arts, and help us build hope, community, and a stronger foundation. Tickets & info here! Sponsorships here, or email info@theciviccircle.org.
