This memoir, written by a former museum guard, is a fascinating portrait of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and its treasures, filled with musings on beauty and different ways of seeing. Pick up a copy of the book at the Senior Center front desk. If you borrow a book from the Senior Center and finish before the discussion, please return the book so that others may borrow. On the meeting date, bring borrowed copies to the meeting to return. The Senior Center Book Groups meets every month on the third Friday in the Laurel Room at the Sunnyvale Senior Center. You do not have to be a member of the Senior Center nor the Sunnyvale Public Library to take part.
