OpenGov Training for License Holders

The Town Manager’s Office is offering two hybrid OpenGov training sessions, November 2nd at 11 a.m. and November 4th at 6 p.m., to help license holders complete their license renewals. License holders, or the person responsible for completing the renewal, are encouraged to attend. Please bring a laptop or other device so you can follow along. Before the training, please log in to your OpenGov account to confirm you have access. If you need to reset your password, follow the prompts on the login screen. Staff will be available 15 minutes before each training to assist with account access. Please RSVP to amoroney@dedhamma.gov so we have an estimate of how many people to expect. Registration is not required, and you are welcome to attend even if you do not RSVP. The meeting will be recorded and added to the Town's website for future reference.
