Congratulations on being selected as a BosABF 2026 exhibitor! Please use this form to pay for your designated table. Payments must be received by Friday, September 11, 2026 to secure your spot. Please be sure to select only the table type that has been assigned to you . If you are not sure which table type you've been assigned, please refer to the email we sent you, or your Exhibitor Agreement. If you have any questions at all, please write to us at info@bostonartbookfair.com and the BosABF team will be happy to assist you. IMPORTANT: Tables are not assured until Exhibitor Agreement has been fully executed and full payment has been received by Boston Center for the Arts by Friday, Sep 11, 2026. Please note that table location is subject to availability and curatorial discretion of the event organizers. Full refunds cannot be made , however if Exhibitor notifies BCA by October 9, 2026, 50% refund will be made. Refunds will not be made if Exhibitor notifies BCA of non-participation after that date.
