Shake the Stage: Puppetry and Storytelling

In partnership with SFRPD, the African American Shakespeare Company presents the Shake the Stage Puppetry Class, inviting youth to explore imagination and storytelling through puppetry. This hands-on program introduces character creation, voice and movement, basic theater skills, and puppet-building using a variety of materials. Students work together to bring stories to life, building confidence, communication skills, and artistic expression while discovering the magic of theater and visual storytelling.
