Resume Basics with a Librarian

Learn the basics of creating a successful resume in this 15-minute introductory session with a Librarian. Topics will include common resume formats, organizing your experience, and how to use keywords from job descriptions to strengthen your resume. After the introductory session, participants may have brief one-on-one time with the Librarian for a quick overview of their resume, as time allows. Participants needing more in-depth resume assistance may be referred to SJPL Works for additional support. Participants are encouraged to bring a copy of their resume and a job description they are interested in applying for. ADA Accommodation Requests
