The Somerville Fermentation Club is an outgrowth of the annual Somerville Fermentation Festival, which has brought together a community of fermentation lovers and those who want to know more. The intention behind the club is to give us the chance to connect as a community on an ongoing basis throughout the year, to learn from each other, and to deepen our understanding of fermentation and help others do the same.
